Refunds will not be given one the 1st draft of the Digital Artwork has been assigned & sent to the designer. All Digital Displays will be charged an Upload/Annual Fee of $89.98 This fee is due upon upload of your ad and will be auto-drafted every year thereafter from your account using the credit card provided for the initial purchase outlined on the invoice on the 1st of the month. If we can not collect the Fee with the card on file you will be billed and all invoices must be paid within the terms outlined in this contract and on our website under “Terms and Conditions or subjected to collections The following month of upload for Digital Display/ Artwork. The Upload Fee Can NOT be Waived. This Fee Can NOT be refunded and is mandatory for every client. All Digital Display Designs will be charged a $19.95 quarterly maintenance fee to accommodate the Art, monthly maintenance for each screen(s) and the ongoing display changes. Once the screens are live and your artwork has been uploaded the $19.95 quarterly maintenance fee will begin once their Design is displayed onto their selected Digital device. The $19.95 quarterly maintenance will be auto-drafted from your account using the credit card in this invoice on the 1st of January, April, July, and October. Which allows (the “Client”) the option to get unlimited artwork changes for $19.95 and be set to an auto-pay of $19.95 month to month and will be auto-drafted from your account using the credit card in this invoice on the 1st of every month. ll services are considered delivered and are nonrefundable once artwork has been assigned to a designer with no exceptions. All twelve and twenty-four-month terms will be automatically set up to renew for an additional Services Term of every twelve months moving forward. If either party does not want Services to renew, must notify the other party in writing to  info@startingpointco.net any auto-renewal that was charged without written 15 business days' notice prior to the end of (the “Client”) Services Term or live date. Without a 15 day written Notice this fee is also nonrefundable with no exceptions. All auto-renewals will be auto-drafted from your account using the credit card on this invoice on the 1st of every month. Current payment information for auto drafts must be updated at all times.

If payment is not successful you will be billed for the balance until Sarting Point Dital Co (“SP”) receives a  written stop auto-renewal letter sent to info@startingpointco.net . All balances are due within 30 days or when artwork has been approved, whichever comes first unless  otherwise stated below. In the event of a force majeure or an event out of the control of (“SP”). (“SP”)may in its sole discretion replace the venue in which your artwork is placed to fulfill our agreement.
